My artistic inspiration stems from the profound beauty of the natural world and the intricate tapestry of human emotions. Through my art, I boldly capture the very essence of these elements, aiming to provoke a profound sense of wonder and introspection in the viewer. My work boldly delves into the interplay of light and shadow and the harmonious fusion of organic forms with geometric shapes. By skillfully employing a diverse range of mediums and techniques, I craft a visually compelling experience that is both captivating and intellectually stimulating. Ultimately, my unwavering goal is to construct a space for contemplation and connection, urging viewers to pause, reflect, and uncover the inherent color and beauty within the world around them.
I began painting towards the end of my professional career and in 2023 I started taking classes with Mark Cohen at The Armory in West Palm Beach. It was under Mark and his enthusiastic encouragement that I moved from smaller canvases to larger and larger sizes.
I just moved to the Coachella Valley and am interested in classes, volunteering and selling my art.
